    Hello. As discussed, this is a known bug that our team is actively working on squashing. In the meantime, you could try the suggested workaround of adding another profile to take care of it until our team can get the fix implemented.

      Is this channel guide bug being worked on? It’s been five months, and “my favourite” and "my subscribed" channels still don’t remain selected. Seems like a basic feature that should be easy to fix—it worked until you implemented an update.

      I had the same issue before this episode of Channel problems, I’m not convinced there is anyone looking at this issue, if it were to be an issue where Telus loses customers it would be fixed, since that’s probably not the case, It’s considered a small issue so why bother
