senior internet for good and switch to the new telus tv+

so im wondering my dad Is still on the old platform with the seniors low income internet for good which is on going, he's keeps getting calls to swap to the new platform and new tv boxes but were worried he will loose his 20$ low income internet, as I know when they switched mine it was a migration. is this something that can happen or would it be better to make sure a manager/ supervisor does it so he keeps the discounts ?
