Telus TV+ channel guide keeps switching to "all channels"

4 days agoUpdates are pushed automatically; they shouldn't need any intervention from you. That said, if your device isn't connected to the internet, or something goes wrong, the updates might not arrive. You can always check for an update via Settings > Device settings > Device Preferences > About > System update

Hi KHR,
Can we get a status of this "all Channels" issue?
I called again to follow-up (Case BOS-48134) but it sounds like it was closed because they found no "back-end" issues and sent it over to another department.
1. Does Telus acknowledge this as an issue?
2. Are thy working on a fix, and if introduced with a recent upgrade could we go back until it is fixed?
3. Where can we see what version we should be on and the release notes of updates?
Just to point out the importance of this - I have a spouse with alzheimers and an 89 year old mother. Between the issue of reverting to "ALL CHANNELS" and no way to bypass the home screen, it's very difficult for them to operate the TV by themselves.
