Telus Remote Replacement for TV Digital Box

I was in a conversation with a Telus Support Member, but now for some reason I can't reply to him or create a new message. This is still not resolved. Appears there is a Back Door issue with wanting to send a Technician with the replacement remotes.

Hi it is the Telustv-21T. The remote is pictured in the first post. They were getting me 2 replacements and I would pay for the 3rd.
I know they have successfully sent to me before, but only after trying 5 different times with Phoning in. The order # was 1214481076 and the fellow told me he had to bypass the back end.
I gave the telus support all my info and he sent me a message to authenticate my account. But for some reason I can't reply to the message now

The messaging on the forum has been fixed and I was able to reply to the Support team.
