Telus Remote Replacement for TV Digital Box
I have tried numerous times to get 2 New Remotes as our Dog has chewed them up. I managed once to finally get them, but I need more and have called twice now , and they say they will send them but it...
On day one of this new tuner I wanted a second remote. So was not urgent. I discovered then that they don't/didn't stock any either in stores or in a warehouse. Today may be different.
After being frustrated like you I went into a store and asked nice for a second remote. The salesperson, who I hope still has a job, sold me one taken out of the box that includes the tuner.
