Community Power UserFind out one of the units that has Telus fibre in it. If the rep has that info, they should be able to verify that fibre is active and get the availability updated on their end. May take a little time depending on the team that updates or provisions things on the back end of their system, but it should be possible. I did that when I was trying to get a fibre run in my building to one unit after dozens were already active. Took a week or so if I remember correctly.
