Telus not connecting to wifi on TV box
My family moved a month ago and we received a new tv box and wifi hub. Everything connects fine- phones, laptops etc. However, the wifi does not seem to be connecting to our TV. I can watch channe...
It says something to effect of, 'You need to be signed up to these services, Please call 3....Mytv in BC...'
And yes, I have talked to telus mobility that I get the streaming services to. I have talked to them 3 times. Then they refer me to tech support. And then tech support refers me back to telus mobility. Then I had a call back, but no one called back. So I gave up and got a roku. Everything works great with roku- but it doesn't have a telus tv plus app.
