Seems Telus is now a 5 business company and you cannot expect customer support to know all five business. cell phone, internet, home security, landline, cable tv each have it's issues specific. Seems Telus customer has no clue or not informed of the changes or they didn't read the memo as many are not telus customers using telus products but overseas customer support.TELUS appears to have replaced the old *60 call-screening code with Call Control. For TELUS Call Control, try dialing *99 from your TELUS Home Phone, then follow the prompts. You can also manage accepted and blocked numbers through My TELUS.
