Technician didn’t show up
Booked an appointment for 8-9AM. Received all the texts and confirmed. I received a notice that my equipment needs to be updated or else they will disconnect. They are supposed to call 15-30 mins before arriving and I did not receive any calls. I am 9 months pregnant and this is extremely poor service. I am thinking about switching Internet providers because of this.

I've been stood up the same way at least 3 times by Telus' technicians. Booked appointments and they didn't show up or call at all.
Having said that, I've had a LOT of technicians out to my site over the years that I've been a Telus customer. However every time that happens, it's really upsetting.
