Surrey service outage
Is anyone else still experiencing service outage is the Surrey area? I tried to report a problem but every time I did it just sent me to the screen saying that we are covered.

Hi Evan2, if the matter is time sensitive or urgent then calling in as Nighthawk mentioned or utilizing the TELUS Virtual Assist to connect with a live chat agent would be best way to go in this case.

Did you try phoning Telus instead? Might get better results.
