Stream+ Billing

So previously I had noticed, that although I live and receive the Stream+ bundle in Alberta, A GST only province, that I am getting charged HST which works out to an extra 8%.  I had called and questioned telus about said issue and they said there had been a mistake and it would be rectified.  LSS it was not.  Anyone else have this issue, just don't feel like more hours on the phone and the AI chat bot is not helpful regarding this issue.
