Special Recognition for Excellent Technical Support

Today I just received the best quality and knowledgeable technical support to fix my Ethernet connections at my home.  I also work from home, and the solution provided by Hugo, Telus Tech. Support Representative, was direct, lean and quick.  I managed to go over the steps he recommended and in no time the issue was resolved.

 

I hereby, want to recognize Hugo's technical expertise, patience and tutoring skills that allowed him to provide excellent support...
