New customer. Changed my theme packs online 24 hours ago. New channels not showing and now when I go to the optik page on my telus I get "something has gone wrong". If I use my telus app it just hang...

How long should this take? Its been 4 days now. Seems crazy to just update channels. Not a good start to my subscription 😫

I’m getting the same error and have been trying for four days.
also had a horrible experience switching to Telus from Fido. Starting to question why I switched.
