Since you signed your first contract did you happen to have a reason to return a tuner? My thought is it was checked, new power cord added and sent out to a new customer with your email address still in system.
Purchase pin added and parental lock will stop unauthorized use in your home, but if I am right it will not affect the other box out there.
As far as I know we have had the same box this whole time. Telus said they would look into it but I see again today that another movie was purchased…
