Showing "My favourite channels" suddenly doesn't work
Hello, All my favourite channels still have hearts on the "Edit favourites" screen, and all my subscribed channels are there, but on the Telus TV 21T box, as well as in the Firestick app, the guide ...
Have you asked why they cannot resend the previous update that was working? There is nothing of note in this failed one that needs to be kept.

Unfortunately, it looks like the update to your box must have been scheduled and queued before the issue was discovered, so stopping the rollout wasn't possible. Also, while it may appear that there was nothing of note in this release, I can assure you that we don't produce app updates for nothing. There may be transparent performance improvements, or changes/updates to features that you don't personally use. We definitely broke something, and didn't catch it in time, and that's on us. The team scrambled a fix, tested it and released it as soon as we could. Again, our apologies and thanks for the patience.
Kudos to Telus in getting this resolved sooner than we expected.
