"You should absolutely be able to order a replacement remote from an agent and compatible remotes are NOT available in stores (the Slimline II is a legacy remote that works with legacy equipment and does not have Bluetooth capabilities)...you can use the Google Home mobile app as a remote until you can get a replacement."

Official Support TeamThere is no more stock available of the original Slimline remote, so your only option would be to find one privately, perhaps through a family member / friend, or online, etc. You mentioned the Slimline 2 not working... were you receiving an error trying to program it?
The Android based TV box, where the remote works through Bluetooth.
neither the slimline or slimline 2 remotes will work, and I have no idea how to get a replacement Bluetooth remote.
