Renewing contract then cancelling
Hi, I’m on a 2-year contract and want to upgrade to faster internet. I understand the cancellation fee is waived if I upgrade. If I cancel the upgraded plan within the buyer’s remorse period (about 15 days), will my old contract come back, or will I be on month-to-month? Will I have to pay any fees?

yes i understand i can upgrade, what happens if i cancel within 15 days (trial period)

Your old service agreement wouldn't come back in a case like this, it'd be on a month-to-month basis at the base price.

Yes you can upgrade, no you cannot down grade until the end of the contract term
