Removal of Outside Electrical box
Looking to find out when outside electrical box will be removed from our driveway after installation of Fibre optic cable.

Hi HilC - I don't believe that's something that happens when you switch to PureFibre. Were you told that the box would be removed?
- Yes. The company that installed the Fibre optic cable underground said that it's no longer active so it would be removed. It exists mostly in our driveway and we've incurred damages to vehicles, clothing and ourselves as the corners are quite sharp. So we were pretty happy to hear it would be removed but I guess that's not happening unless we pay Telus $175 for a tech to come out which seems ridiculous.
