Recording Timing is wrong
I have scheduled recordings of some shows and the timing doesn't match the show. I've noticed it especially with several HBO programs. The recording starts up to 10 minutes before the show actually starts and ends early, cutting it off. I think the TELUS guide isn't synced with the actual program times.

HBO program schedule is not always 'on the hour' and I believe the schedule information is supplied by a 3rd party (Bell?).
Many of the programs are available to stream through Crave.
Understood. So, TELUS needs to fix this. It's not like I'm setting the recording time. I'm just selecting the show I want record.

As mentioned Telus has no control over the scheduling information that appears in the guide. This same information is used to record the shows. Unfortunately there isn't anything they can do about it.
