9 months agoHi CarolC - thanks for bringing this to our attention. It has nothing to do with your equipment change, the timing is purely coincidental.
Some content providers require TELUS to restrict the ability to record programming on their channels, so this is a setting at the channel level. The team is investigating whether this is the case, or whether something was misconfigured (our gut is the latter). Please stay tuned and thanks for your patience.

You should be able to record on AMC again. Would you please confirm by trying to set a recording on that channel?
