recording message - select ok button to browse
We recently got the new fiber line hooked up in our area. No equipment was changed except for the modem. Ever since then we get this message "select ok button to browse recordings". This only happens...

So here we are months later and we still have this message flashing across the TV screen. We did have a technician come out and all they did was swap out the wifi PVR box. It did get slightly better but still lots of issues. Along with the message, sometimes the box shows the wrong daytime clock. Video goes blank but sound is still ok. Sometimes recordings are not available. This only happens on the wifi box (not the hard wired main box) and only since the fiber was hooked up. We never had these problems with the old slower internet. We've had several calls into the help desk but all they want to do a reset of all the components. They are useless at solving anything. Along with the multiple calls, the loyalty person promises to call back a few days later for a checkup but that call never comes. And we start all over again. I've tried escalating on the website for unsolved problems but again the process just circles around to the help desk again.
