Thanks for your reply. I gave the code 10154 a try, but no success.
I had already tried the 0029 and held the power button for 17 minutes and nothing happened, as stated in the OP. The LED flashed numerous times and then stopped.
When pressing the TV power button, the LED does nothing.

On your TV, can you go to Settings > Display & Sounds > HDMI CEC Device Control? We found online that a user posted that guide and if you switch it off the 4-digit code will appear but without the manufacturer it's hard to say which code will work.
Let us know and if it is still not working we'll try to get insight from our support team

Thanks again for the reply, I had also found this post on the internet, it also did not show any codes when attempting to reveal. My device has Display & Audio>HDMI-CEC Device Control>One Touch Play or ARC/eARC or Power Control or Remote Control Pass-Through. All are enabled. Turn off showed no code and then turning back on showed nothing. Amazon may have shut that down.

Thanks for the update. Based on what you’ve described, it sounds like the issue is related to HDMI-CEC functionality on your device, and it’s not something we can check or change from here. Since your device shows all relevant HDMI-CEC settings enabled and no codes appear when toggling them, it’s possible that Amazon has disabled or modified certain HDMI-CEC features on their end.
