PVR Deleting
My PVR is automatically deleting any recording once it has been on it for 90 days. How do I make this stop? My PVR is not full, it does this no matter how many shows are recorded.
As far as I know if you have the new Telus digital box cloud recordings are currently only retained for 90 days.

I understand that Telus needs to clear space out of it's storage but 90 days is not acceptable unless there's a way to ask it to extend the time. This is a very disappointing discovery to make, something that should have been explicitly explained to us when we initially signed up. Consider this a formal complaint on the matter and I will be contacting the CCTS to lodge a complaint there as well.
