Optix TV wont turn on
my optix TV box wont turn on, and been struggling to get through support to have it replace tried AI chat, which send you in circle between 3 answers tired "call me back", which it never did after...
Today I received notification that TELUS_Support replied to this thread. I come here to see the reply and there is no Telus support reply. This is not the first time.
