Unfortunately and according ot the thread at https://forum.telus.com/t5/Home-Services/Document-manual-NAH-Arcadyan-NH20A-or-technicolor-FXA5000/m-p/139575#M34264 there is no manual for the NH20A
You might be able to get some possible alternatives by contacting the TELUS tech support team though.
