Old hydro/tell pole removal

Good morning ! We have a new hydro pole replaced in front of our property 

old pole and cable lines still attached to the rotted leaning pole ! 
cable lines are currently in the way of much needed arborist work as cable lines are being held up by trees

who do we call !
