2 hours agoHi! Thanks for writing this feedback to us, we have a few manual workarounds to see if it fixes anything!
For Captions: Launch the Britbox app directly. While a show is playing, press Down or Options on your remote to pull up the in-app video player settings. You must manually adjust the caption size inside the specific app's interface rather than the Telus menu.
Recording Times:
Navigate to your Recordings screen.
Scroll over to Series or Scheduled.
Select the event/show you want to modify and press OK.
Select Change Settings.
Scroll down to Stop Recording and change it from On Time to an extra 30, 60, or 120 minutes. Select Save Changes.

Aren’t those record time settings for the legacy 4K boxes, not the Android box?

When you switch to the new boxes, recordings from the last 90 days would be transferred over within 48 hours of turning on the box. If it has been past 48 hours, can you DM me with your account info, so we can check on status of that transfer?
