Mytelus

I have the same issue.  Renewed for two years on Sept 24.  Since then I cannot access optik tv in my Telus, cannot log in to Telus tv on any device, including digital box.  Tech support is incapable of solving the issue.  I’m getting error ACN_3545 when I try to log in to the digital box.  I’m using the my Telus credentials.  I’ve factory reset the digital box several times.
