Did not go well. Agents are confusing my user name (a gmail email address) for signing into Telus app with the email address I am trying to recover. Today they changed the user name for the app back to the email address I lost & then back to the gmail user name but now I have lost access to my mobility account. It will not link using the "link additional account". They said it may take 48 hours. Everything is just getting worse!

Thank you for your help. This escalation connected me with Sarah who got me my email address back. It was an office type error when they reconnected my accounts to my existing Home Security account. I should have pushed harder at the beginning because as VeeBC indicated the data was unrecoverable after 20 days. It's one thing to contact all the businesses we deal with but losing the saved sentimental emails from deceased parents was the most painful. If I can pass along one thing from this - don't let it go - keep pushing until you get that Agent who can help.
