Hello. I'm planning to run a third-party VOIP service off the NH20A modem and I am requesting the "SIP ALG" feature be disabled as well. Is there anyone from Telus on this forum with the necessary "super admin" account to be able to do this? Please send me a DM and I'll provide my account number. Thanks!

Hi, I am also having the same issue. I need to Disable the SIPALG settings. I have a BoostLite BE74. I have been able to open UDP Ports 5060-5070, it worked for a couple of days but now it gives me an error code 3004 on my MajicJack
