Misleading online advertising
With the announcement of Telus Black Friday sales, I logged onto MyTelus and found an offer for 3Gig internet at a discounted price. There was even an Order Now box to click on and order the service... Well 3 hours later and 4 people trying to figure out what I was entitled to I ended up with being put on hold for yet another customer service rep, as I am apparently not eligible since I am not a new customer. IF this this is the case, then why did Telus put it in my offers? Overall this is entirely inappropriate and has been a giant waste of my time!!
