Misleading Info From Telus Installer?

Hi Altabear - I myself have two Boost Wi-Fi 6 at home and can get 1G at my computer directly wired to them.

I would check with the tenants if they are conducting speed tests over Wi-Fi and ask what devices they are using. It's also worth noting what website they are using to conduct a speed test and what server they are connecting to. All those factors affect the results.

If they can test using an ethernet cable connected to the modem, that will tell us what speeds they are getting to the modem and we can then diagnose each device individually
