Lan/ethernet won't go over 90mbps

I have fibre optic (gigabit plan), Ive tested multiple laptops and my desktop connected by a verified cat6 cable to the T3200m.

Lan ports won't go over 90 +/- mpbs, but the coax to ethernet adapter at the other end of the house (connected to the T3200m) will get 850-900mbps.

I'm almost certain its something in the T3200m settings, but not sure what to look for.

If you have a PC directly connected to any of the four LAN ports, try the following:

    1. Go to the modem's admin page @ 192.168.1.254 and log in.
    2. Click on Status at the top.
    3. On the left menu click on LAN Status.
    4. You should see a table listing the four ports. Do the connected ones all say 1000M for the connection speed?

      Ethernet port connected says: 100m
      MoCA port says: 1340m

Doesnt matter which port I connect to, always 100m. Triple checked cat6, no bad wires or connections (works fine oj MoCa)
So, throttled back lan ports in modem? I cant find a setting to open up full speed.

The modem has gigabit ports and it should automatically default to that. I don't know of any speed settings on the modem for those ports. It may be a problem with the modem itself, especially if there is no issue over MoCA. Get in touch with tech support and explain the situation and see if they may be able to send out a replacement.
