Ethernet port connected says: 100m
MoCA port says: 1340m
Doesnt matter which port I connect to, always 100m. Triple checked cat6, no bad wires or connections (works fine oj MoCa)
So, throttled back lan ports in modem? I cant find a setting to open up full speed.

3 years agoThe modem has gigabit ports and it should automatically default to that. I don't know of any speed settings on the modem for those ports. It may be a problem with the modem itself, especially if there is no issue over MoCA. Get in touch with tech support and explain the situation and see if they may be able to send out a replacement.
