2 months agoHi there, thanks for providing all the details. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when your TV takes so many steps just to connect, especially after it was working smoothly before. Next steps we recommend:
- Restart your TELUS TV Box and modem/router to see if it resolves the issue temporarily.
- If it persists, contact our Technical Support team at support.telus.com/home-expert-sm and request a check or replacement for the TV box. Make sure to mention the previous issue with refurbished boxes, this helps the agent determine whether a new unit is needed.
- If your internet speed is fluctuating, the support team can also test your connection and ensure the modem/router is performing correctly.
