Internet Disconnection Issues

I’m getting sick & tired of your service! Three times the wifi has disconnected today & it has been doing this every second day!

Definitely not the experience we want our customers. Have you tried rebooting your equipment or any of the steps at our website here: https://www.telus.com/en/support/interstitial/internet-and-tv-troubleshooting
