Intermittent internet connection
My parents have been experiencing intermittent internet connection for the past month and cannot get ahold of any live agent over the phone. They have had this issue before and tried all the troubleshooting steps, could someone please look into this? This is extremely frustrating as they can only get connected to the internet every other hour for no more than 10 minutes. I can send you their address over private messages.
