Impossible to reach customer service - so frustrating!
Why is it impossible to get a hold of an actual agent over the phone? I want to discuss a billing issue and cancel a service and I've waited hours without anyone picking up. The online chat sends me ...

And every time you do call them, it takes 20 minutes to be verified. Then they transfer you to another person and you strat the process again.
And the Chat bot is completely useless. Ask a question? No. Don't even bother trying. And if you don't have a question, but have an issue, you are stuck. Ask for an agent, it asks you again for a question.
In th epast week they have called me a half a dozen times asking me if I am happy with their service. I say "no" and they ask me to explain why. They then transfer me to another person and, as usual, I have to start again from the beginning.
I regret leaving EastLink.
