I am getting No Signal on the tv screen. Controller is flashing white.
I have been through all the reset steps recommended by the agent on the phone. It worked for a day. Now repeating all those steps - unplugging everything bit by bit - makes no difference. Any ideas? ...

Was this issue fixed after getting a new box? They sent me a new one but it’s still a solid white light and the tv says no signal.

The new box fixed it 99% of the time.

I had this issue and also it is fixed 99% of the time.
As TELUS_Support said the input is important. I check & eliminate that.
What I have just discovered (by accident) is there needs to be internet. At the same time as we turned on the TV and had no signal on the screen, my partner noticed loss of internet, I checked and I also had no internet. The WIFI signal was 100%, but no internet. SO, are we chasing two hardware issues?
Time goes by and before I go to reboot modem and router it comes alive with internet
