How to watch Telus TV+ on PikTV Box
Hello just trying to find out how to watch "Telus TV+" and "Telus Films & Series" on PikTV box? Zero info on the Telus website or through the chatbot. Thanks

Official Support TeamSorry, let's back up a bit as I just realized this is specific to TELUS Films & Series. The activation email you're seeing may be redundant. If you launch the TV app or web portal, do you see "TELUS Originals" and "Storyhive" under the VOD Local Films and Series category? If so, it's already set up.
I watch on PikTV box so no TV app. By "web portal', do you mean telustvplus.com or a different one? I don't see VOD or anything like that on telustvplus.com
Another reason I don't think it's already set up is that the Subscriptions screen still asks me to activate it - see below:
Can you answer my question - What should happen when clicking 'Activate'? Does it take to telustvplus.com as in my case? What then should happen on that site?
The answers will help determine if I'm completely off course on this.
