Home phone repair
Hey folks,
I had to move my home office and found the phone line here isn’t hooked up. Telus wants $200 to inspect and repair it. Do you have any recommendations for a cheaper alternative? That seems a bit excessive.
Thanks!

Thanks. That’s about what I figured. I liked having a non-electric landline for a back starndard phone in case of a power outage, and the kids at school.

You could try an electrician, but would probably cost as much or more. Would a cordless phone work?
