Okay, all have been verbally adjusted. Hoping that it will show the same on the bill. That was very upsetting. I hope no one else experiences what I just went through.

I have been on instant message with you guys and it’s going nowhere. Someone also booked me an appointment Saturday between 1 PM to 3 PM and no one arrived. And they are saying no one booked an appointment but then I have this plan that I got signed up for so what goes on now? Someone was supposed to come and install something. Figure it out.
