I did end up finding a fix for the steam version, added a UDP only port for steam (27000-27100) on the admin settings on your router with the ipv4 address on the pc your trying to play set as the destination ip. i had previous TELUS equipment on their pure fiber and had no issues until I got the Wi-Fi 6 equipment. once I added that port, I have been able to play on pc and Xbox on the same connection hardwired
