Just to wrap this up - I now have access to my Telus TV account again.

Update on this:
It has now been more than a week and I cannot access the TV service I have paid for. Each support case results in "give us 24-48 hours" and no change. I changed the password and confirmed on the Telus login that if I use the wrong password, I receive the appropriate error. If I use the correct password I get the aforementioned "ERRAGL ACN3545" message. So I need Telus to restore the synchronized password otherwise I will cancel my account.

I have not heard anything from Telus. I just phoned Telus now (5:15 PM MT/7:15 PM ET/4:15 PM PT) and I was told by the support team that there is a system wide outage affecting many Telus TV Plus customers. There is likely to be a 7-10 day delay until this is resolved. This is very frustrating. This is nothing more than a simple password synch between systems. Given Telus is a communication service provider, this is the equivalent of a restaurant unable to prepare a meal. Can SOMEONE get this sorted ASAP? Otherwise I am cancelling my account
