Does Telus issue new modems?
I've been stuck with inconsistent speeds that is much worse than what was listed in my plan. I tried moving the modem to different places in the house and contacted support. I assume it's due to an older modem, as I'm using an Actiontec V1000H modem currently, so I was wondering if Telus gives T3200 modems or do we have to buy them in a separate place/store?
More often than not a tech would bring one out. They might send you one by mail but you'd have to go through the tech support process first for the speed issue.

Thank you! I was really confused on how to get a newer modems other than the gaming routers/modems at my local electronics store.
