Do not disturb
Can I set a do not disturb on my land line
I believe that this option was once available from Telus but I don't believe that is the case any longer. Some phones offer this feature on the actual phone (similar to cellphones).
You could call forward to your voice mail if you have call forwarding and voice mail services. Many cordless phone systems have the DND function as well.
