Deleted recordings reappearing... TelusTV-21T

3 times I have had deleted recordings "reappear" in my recordings list. Latest example below which was recorded from the Golf Channel #925.

I had recorded, watched and deleted these programs. I believe at the time these were set as a Series Recordings. Not only have they reappeared but it also repopulated with a duplicate.

They can actually be watched again and or deleted.
