The IP address range you have indicated above shows that you really don't have a legitimate connection.

I see that there are links to various supported Mac devices. You may want to start there. As well I see that there are specific Mac drivers offered. https://eshop.macsales.com/software/dock-ejector That I would guess would be the place to start troubleshooting the problems... Cheers...
