Can’t connect to telus support?
Basically my telus internet and Optik TV stopped working, and need tech support. But every time I call telus on the following numbers: 310-6988 1888-811-2323 310-2255 310-8324 It directs me to “...
I just dialled 1-888-811-2323, and was connected to Telus home services.

if you call any listed telus support number from a koodoo phone, you get redirected to koodoo, with no menu option other than the useless virtual support/hangup service to redirect back.
You have to use a different phone or spoof it somehow.
Would love to meet the braindead department manager that thought this was a good idea.

I just dialled 1-888-811-2323, from a Koodo prepaid phone, and was connected to Telus home services. Whatever you are experiencing, it is not as simple as the choice of telephone carrier. Maybe try Skype? It allows toll-free calls.
