Bonded copper services
Trouble Ticket# 000000010122022
No errors found. Provisioning is complete and functioning correctly.
Network Support advises checking with Customer Service to determine eligibility for an upgrade to bonded service, which could double the current speed.
So how can I do this without being on the phone for over 2 hours with 4 different agents, none of which seem to have even basic comprehension of English?
